At the Florida Cerebrovascular Disease Biorepository, we are dedicated to accelerating the understanding, prevention, and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases through the collection and preservation of high-quality biological specimens. Our mission is to empower researchers with the tools they need to make groundbreaking advancements in the fight against conditions such as stroke, aneurysms, and vascular malformations.
We are proud to collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and institutions to provide critical resources that drive innovation in diagnostics, treatments, and preventative care for cerebrovascular diseases. By bridging the gap between specimen collection and life-saving discoveries, we strive to make a lasting impact on global health.
Join us in our commitment to advancing cerebrovascular research—together, we can transform patient outcomes and inspire hope for a healthier future.
Funding for this study is provided by the Florida Department of Health and the James and Esther King Biomedical Research Program, which was established to enhance Floridians' health through research on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cures for major diseases; to expand biomedical knowledge on diseases linked to tobacco use; to improve academic health centers by integrating biomedical research into healthcare training; to increase research funding by launching new public health and biomedical initiatives; and to stimulate economic growth through biomedical research and related industries.
